"I think the Ayes have it"
It's the term used in the House of Commons for those who agree with the motion that's just been put to the vote. Those who disagree with the motion are the "Noes", not "No's". The results of the votes are announced as "The Ayes have it" or "The Noes have it" depending on whether the motion has passed or failed the vote.
